I saw this commercial for JG Wentworth, and this old guy was like "get cash now", so I called the phone number.

DO NOT CALL THERE FOR CASH, THEY ARE LYING!!!

If you want cash you have to live in some sort of 'structured settlement' or something, and they want you to give them payments.

Like, what the hell? I called for cash, not to pay them cash.

Yes, and they gave me NOTHING!!
No, but cash does sound pretty good.
My settlement is unstructured, so no.

Voted : No, but cash does sound pretty good.
I considered onc, stopped because I figured they'd probably saddle me with frelling kopeks or something else with a lousy exchange rate.
