COMMENTS:
Like I put in my option, I'd rather party on vacation in the French Quarter in New Orleans, but otherwise New Orleans and most of Louisianna is pretty run-down and lacking in social services. So I'd rather live in Minnesota anyday. Plus it's hot as hell in Louisiana during the summer.

Minnesota, because corporal punishment is still permitted in Louisiana schools and Minnesota was one of the first states to ban. There's also one hell of a great mall in Minnesota. Plus, the movie "Angus" (which I only like because Ariana Richards was in the cast) was filmed there (in Owatonna, to be exact.)
