[+] ballot by LCD ACTIVE Wed May 23, 07 - Thu May 22, 08 or documentaries. video editors used to use betasp camera along with smpte vCRs. the technology (or something similar) has been around at least the last 10 years. but with the recent advances in computer based video editing, (have you seen some of those mac programs for making movies?!?) is it still worth paying $$ for betasp/vcr combos, or is it better to switch to 100% computer based editing, using rudimentary lenses with highest capture rate possible? anybody know? go traditional go the bleeding edge 100% computer based go figure!
