If you were a cop and stopped a driver for not wearing his/he seatbelt and realized it was another cop, would you give him/her a ticket for NOT wearing a seatbelt?

Yes, the Law is the law.
No, he/she is my fellow cop

Voted : Yes, the Law is the law.
Before I was able to get my driver's licence in Virginia, I was taken to a morgue (along with the rest of my driver's-ed class), and shown several corpses who died in car or motorcycle accidents, includign one brain-dead sort who wasn't wearing her seatbelt while in the front seat. It would be for his/her own good.

Voted : Yes, the Law is the law.
I'd rather give him a ticket than be the one who has to knock on his family's door later and have to explain that he was killed in a car wreck after he was thrown out of his vehicle.

A good friend of mine had to respond to a wreck one time where it took them almost 10 minutes to find the driver. It would have taken longer if they'd not found the blood trail from where he tried to crawl away after he landed.
