Toss it in a pot of water, boil it, cool it down, use it the next time needed. (Been here, done this. Twice.)
Voted : Don't tell someone I dropped it in there. See comment.
I don't use a toothbrush so it would be someone else's lol :)

Do like Truth said and boil it. After you boil it, it'll be cleaner than when it was just sitting in the tooth brush holder collecting airborne water vapor from everytime you flush the toilet. Of course that's depending on how close you keep your tooth brush to the toilet.
Voted : Just buy a new one.
Just buy a new one. I've always got a drawer full anyway. Fivenotes, you're either neglecting your teeth, or they already live in a glass. I believe you're a young lad, start sortin' that shit out, mate, you're seriously not gonna get laid if you don't, lol.
The neighbor's home was broke into while they were on vacation. A couple weeks later they received a letter with a picture of their toothbrush being used to scrub the toilet. Ewww...
^They scubbed the toilet with the toothbrush and then put it back in the toothbrush holder. Can you imagine someone doing that with your toothbrush? Since we heard about that, we don't leave ours sitting in the toothbrush holder on the counter anymore.
I wouldnt be using it again. If I could I would just flush it down. But since that would probably clog it up , I would get my girlfriend to get it out.
