I think the media paints a real screwed up picture.

people are people. much like there are straight guys who go trolling for one night stands at bars, I am sure there are gays who does the same. but I am sure they are outnumbered by those who are in monogamous relationships.

it's impossible for any human being to be truly monogamous. we're not birds, we're apes, we have hearding insticts, we don't naturally pair off the way religions claim we do.

Three pairs of old friends of mine have been together for years. One couple broke up a while and fooled around (just like straight people) and got back together, but the other couples have just acted like old married people for years.
