It can't get no worse.
Steve Martin told the recording engineers to take the steam organ track, cut in into little pieces, randomly scatter the pieces, and put them back together again. The results were quite impressive. On Frank Zappa's album "We're Only In It For The Money", which was partly a spoof of Sgt Pepper, Zappa tries the same thing with a calliope on the track "Nasal Retentive Calliope Music", with hilariously unimpressive results.
^ That was supposed to show "Being For The Benefit Of Mr. Kite" as my vote, but I edited the comment so it didn't show.

I always viewed Pepper as one song with different movements. Everytime I listen to it I like a different aspect. A particular favorite moment/movement of mine is the transition from WITHIN YOU WITHOU YOU to WHEN I'M 64--a very deep moment followed by a very light moment. I also like the beginning of PEPPER--an orchestra tuning up. It's like a train whistle letting you know that you're about to go on a journey.
