I put attlee down because he deserves to be remembered amongst the best, though whether he is the best I couldn't say. Churchill was a good war prime minister, but less suited to peace time. No idea why heath is on there, Wellington was hated when he was in power, Thatcher was evil, Blair is slime, though a good politician. Disraeli and Gladstone are giants, I'd probably go with one of them...if I hadn't used my vote to get attlee on the board...
