personally, i think prison officials discovered that the yelping and wimpering coming from paris's gaping vagina was not usual (as they first assumed) but that in fact -- it was because tinkerbell, her decorative chihuahua was stuck up there.

Kev, but her dad owns Hilton hotels, and she has enough money to stay out of jail, whereas a poor person would have gone to jail, even if the family is not of the uber, uber rich.

LOS ANGELES (AP) - 0607xhiltonwrap Paris Hilton, who is serving her jail sentence from her Hollywood Hills home, has been given another break. She can call in to her Friday court hearing by phone instead of appear in person.
The hotel heiress was headed for a courtroom showdown that could put her back behind bars, as prosecutors sought to hold sheriff's officials in contempt for releasing her early from jail.
Hilton was originally ordered to report to court at 9 a.m. and the judge signed an order for deputies to bring her in a sheriff's vehicle from her Hollywood Hills home, said Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini.
However, Friday morning, Parachini said she would be allowed to take part in the hearing by telephone.
