I don't know , on the Golden Girls, Rose thought giving the Palestinians Greenland would be a good idea, of course that's not going to work. I would love to win The Nobel Peace Prize for having the solution.
Maybe a WWIII of the Middle East would finally sort things out once and for all.

Recognize and appreciate the spiritual importance of this land for ALL peoples living there and for millions living abroad who identify their roots in the Middle East. Do not tip favor one way or the other. Instead find ways of allowing all racial and religious groups with interests and ties to the land to have access to their shrines and holy places -- and be ready to respond swiftly and harshly to violations of the peace.

Frankly, the simplest solution I can come with?
Stone-age warfare.
No one gets guns and bombs and tanks. It's spears, knives, swords and rocks, all the way. Only technology allowed would be the embedded news crews, feeding the carnage back to the masses. IMO, that's what we've lost in the race to high-tech- we've become fundamentally depersonalized to killing. Too much of it is at a distance. When we have to see the dead eye=to-eye, when we wear the blood of our enemies (and our allies) home, things might change.
