BUILDING FENCES ON BORDER : ARE YOU WILLING TO PUT YOUR MONEY ON IT?

some people say fences on borders would help curb immigration. others say it would be ineffective, the money can be spent more effectively in other measures.

it will cost billions of dollars, to build fences only covering less than 5% of the border (mostly in populated areas)

Would you support a tax system based on votes? Meaning, lets say majority wants fences, and we build them. in 10 years, if the fences are proven to be ineffective, should those who supported it get a nice bill from Uncle sam for the cost of building fences and maintaining them?

let me pose this question to you -- should people who vote against the welfare system or social security be exempt from paying into those systems since they voted against them, even if the majority voted for them?

Voted : Yes
I think secure borders are part of the equation in solving the illegal immigration problem. Fences WITH GUARD TOWERS, a a rapid response team ready to react to breaches.

Most importantly on immigration is to severely punish employers who hire illegals. Take away the jobs and the incentive to come and stay here vanishes.

I would however vote for turret guns filled with rubber bullets. The ones with either human control or motion sensors.

Now that would scare them away.

Also people who support illegals should be fined, jailed, and then brought in front of these turrets for one minute so they will never forget and be shown that it is not tolerated.

Now I'm not saying to kill people but just give them a little something to think about. Like oh I don't know a lot of pain?

What Margaret said. I think we should crack down on the employers first before we build that wall because most illegals will leave on their own once they figure out the written laws are actually going to be enforced.

How about they start right there in Springdale, Arkansas at the Tyson Foods headquarters?

I'd like to pitch in to the cause myself if I have any money left after the IRS funnels my tax dollars though the so-called Dept. of Education straight to La Raza, MEChA and Aztlan.
