kidding. actually, this is a very good question. sauron would win hands down. voldermort is really very weak when you think of it. a punk like harry has brought him down like 4 x. though hobbits brought sauron down. well, i still say sauron would win.

Do you mean Saruman? If you mean Sauron, which I think you do, he really didn't do much. He was just a big flaming Eye type thing. I don't think he really shows his powers in the series. I'll have to go with Voldermort for that reason alone. But as for characters, I prefer Sauron.
