We have some witch hazel, my husband swears by it, i don't think it does anything, lol

I don't keep anything else that i can think of...besides lotions and stuff.

I use Witch Hazel too. I don't know what your husband uses it for, but it's great for a makeup remover or for an astringent. I use it after I wash my face to tighten up pores.

I've got a jar of Blue Star Ointment in the medicine cabinet that's going on 15 years old. It works though. Or at least it did when the jar was new.

Me too. My parents and grandparents always keept some in the medicine cabinet. Along with iodine and castor oil.

I don't even think you can get Mercurochrome anymore. I think the FDA banned it in the U.S. because of it's mercury content.
