Don't care what the implications may be on business as a whole. As long as Big Business has the right to dictate terms to workers, there'll never be anything approaching a balance in the system. And balance is what's needed, whether anyone wants to admit it or not.

pro union, but to a degree. they can't have the power to hold an entire industry or company hostage. but i'm more pro labor than not. this is a tough one though. who has the best interests of the worker seems hard to figure out.

Now that we've got a "pro business Supreme Court and big Corporations can "mistreat" workers while rewarding executives with exhorbitant salaries or even outsourcing work to "cheap labor" Countries, we will continue to see the demise of the middle class and their abilities to afford a "middle class" lifestyle (example: median home mortgage costs, College, health costs, etc) and by the time these large concerns realize they have "shot" themselves in the foot, it will be much more difficult to reverse that trend...(sellers need buyers with the ability to pay)...hense, unions play a vital role in ensuring a more fair approach to the distribution of the "wealth"...and benefits...
