When did he lie, and how did he disregard the constitution? And don't blather on with any conspiracy theories.
There is ample documented evidence that Cheney made public statements to mislead and deceive Congress and the American people to go to war with Iraq although being aware of intelligence that contradicted his assertions.
For example Cheney repeatedly lied about evidence that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction or that Saddam had links with Al Qaeda, despite evidence to the contrary which was available at the time.
Cheney stated publicly on several occasions that ‘‘He (Saddam) is, in fact, actively and aggressively seeking to acquire nuclear weapons.’’September 8, 2002 NBC Meet the Press interview or ‘‘And we believe he (Saddam) has, in fact, reconstituted nuclear weapons.’’ March 16, 2003 NBC Meet the Press interview just to cite two examples.
This is in spite of being apprised of intelligence to the contrary,namely, the October 2002 National Intelligence Estimate which stated ‘‘Lacking persuasive evidence that Baghdad has launched a coherent effort to reconstitute it’s nuclear weapons program INR is unwilling to speculate that such an effort began soon after the departure of UN inspectors or to project a timeline for the completion of activities it does not now see happening. As a result INR is unable to predict that Iraq could acquire a nuclear device or weapon.’’
Although he had been informed as early as late September 2001 that such links were unlikely,.Cheney repeatedly made assertions that Iraq was linked to Al Qaeda
‘‘His regime has had high-level contacts with Al Qaeda going back a decade and has provided training to Al Qaeda terrorists.’ ’

However, a January 2003 British intelligence classified report on Iraq concluded that ‘‘there are no current links between the Iraqi regime and the al-Qaeda network’’. And, Defense Intelligence Terrorism Summary No. 044-02, issued in February 2002 by the United States Defense Intelligence Agency, which challenged the credibility of information gleaned from captured al Qaeda leader al-Libi. The DIA report also cast significant doubt on the possibility of a Saddam Hussein-al-Qaeda conspiracy: ‘‘Saddam’s regime is intensely secular and is wary of Islamic revolutionary movements. Moreover, Baghdad is unlikely to provide assistance to a group it cannot control.’’.
Cheney recently claimed he is immune from executive orders because he is not part of the executive branch. I don't necessarily know much about intricacies of the American constitution, but it does seem a bit peculiar - and a transparent effort to not comply with the protection of classified information. I believe he also wanted to detain American citizens indefinetely as enemy combatants at one point. He is somehow involved in wanting to use torture in contravention of federal statutes and treaties. My favourite is his refusal to disclose his consulting of business executives in conjunction with his Energy Task Force.

Dick Cheney and George W. Bush are total morons. I swear I wish they were under arrest and put on trial by the ICC. They are the embodiment of evil.
I read about the purges under Stalin. I wish we could purge this entire administration and send them to labor camps to break rocks for the rest of thier lives. (Sort of like what that guy Fred Flintstone does :)
