loving kindness
money I earned, and gave away
jobs I created
pleasure I brought to others
children I begot and or raised
religion I have followed
passing on the eternal need to seek truth, no matter the cost

I guess? All the others combined could be part of the overall measure you use. But I wouldn't say to make it justifiable, I would think it's better to say "what makes your life have value." I guess it's all levels of what makes you content or what makes you reach the conclusion that your life somehow has value and benefit.
