ok, here is one, searching for hydrogen underneath the sea. Apparently, there is tons of hydrogen underneath the sea, and this has the potential to replace oil. The tricky part is, how do you mine it?

here is another one: an inventor is working on a way to create fake trees that absorb air pollutants (I read about this in wired), and searching for a way to convert the air pollutants into oxygen

Voted : not buying fast food
because it increses factory farms which increases mass production etc.

i think it takes thousands of years for it to break down.

You would think that some more efficient sources of power have been patented in the last 100 years. We should have automobiles that get more than 80 miles to the gallon. Sadly, I think most get bought out by the big guys to keep the $$$$ flowing.
