Israel is a democracy and not a threat to any of her neighbors and that's why we shouldn't invade it.What would we accomplish anyway? Instead of just having the radical muslims against the West we would now also have militant Zionist willing to attack us.

I seriously doubt if Israels nieghbours take that view. The reason Israel has nuclear weapons is because it is deemed as a threat by its nieghbours.

To call them "not a threat" is to missunderstand the very fabric of reality. most of the "near east" ( this is after all its true name for us who label these things) they are a threat to those who dont have power. its kinda simple really.
We cant invade them if "we" are the main suppliers. same as saudi arabia, we cant stop the human rights violations if were making a profit.

No, Israel is a longstanding ally of the United States. Israel has not threatened to wipe another country off the face of the world nor to use them in any situation other than protecting its own survival. Unlike certain Muslim run countries like Iran they aren't a threat to the world.
Its always amazing the hatred the left has for Israel. Those poor victim neighbors of theirs - you know, the ones who have instigated several wars against Israel for merely existing.
As you are comparing Israel to Iran (obviously), lets make a few comparisons. Israel which has freedom of speech, freedom of religion, gays and lesbians can have recognized relationships, democracy, and is the most ethnically diverse country in the middle-east. Odd how the left hates the only country in the middle east that has any semblance of freedom in the entire region.
Oh, I forgot. We certainly must trust Iran is being innocent and pure like children. The country run by fundamentalist Islamic radicals who: threaten to wipe other countries off the map, support terrorism (world leader!), executioners of gays and lesbians, numerous political prisons from which most never return, imposing the penalty of stoning for adultery, no freedom of the press, execution of children (more than any other country!) (unless of course you play the flute and charm the victim's family) like one person did, repression of the Kurdish and Arab minorities, no freedom of religion (can't convert anyone except to Islam), repression of religious minorities (Baha'is, Sufis, Jews, Christians), oops death or murder for apostasy (leaving the "religion of peace"), banning activities by the Centre for Defenders of Human Rights (CDHR), run by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Shirin Ebadi and other leading lawyers, torture - including, eye gouging, flogging, amputation among them, the selection of Saeed Mortazavi to represent them on the UN "Human Rights Council" (has been implicated in torture, illegal detention, and coercing false confessions by numerous former prisoners), mass deportations of Afghan nationals, detentions of Iranian-American scholars for no reason, repression of the human rights of women, - need I go on? The list can go on ad infinitum.
Which country is a threat to the world, its neighbors, and its own people? Obviously Iran. Amazing how leftists and other idiots can't identify the real problems. They don't want to boycott or criticize Iran and other brutal regimes. Their rage is directed at Israel. There's a reason for the hate - of course the knee jerk reaction to this sentence proves it.
