Voted : Someone masturbating on public transit (light rail).
The guy was sitting across from a couple. Staring at the girl, and saying "damn, she's hot," to the guy on his side of the aisle. Hands in the pockets of his baggy pants, and an obvious erection. He even loudly announced when he had "unloaded;" and, in fact, I believe him as a result of the dark spot on his trousers.

I don't think people would do that here, i mean honestly i think someone would kill someone if they did something like that, or some fight would start or something...unless the guy is attractive and causing a major attraction someone is kicking his ass, and probably first off the woman he's ogling, lol
I haven't seen anyone do anything gross, i've only seen death and blood and guts and things like that, but nothing gross.

Thank God I've never seen any of the above. I suppose the worst thing I've witnessed is people talking to themselves very loudly on public transportation. Someone not sane enough to drive but not crazy enough to be put away still has to get from one place to another. That's why we see so many weirdos on busses. You know, if they wore defunct bluetooths, no one would know they were talking to themslevs!
Was in a grotty lil' bar, in a seedy low-life part of town, when a bloke whipped his wang out and pissed up against the wall, and down onto the carpet, while muttering 'f*ckers'. The unbelievable part was that no-one batted an eyelid!

okay, I realize that some folks might consider that this should have been posted as an "adult" ballot. I have mixed feelings about that. We have behaviours here which, for the sake of the discussion, are DELICATE to say the least. Kids, if I have breached a subject which you find offensive, talk about it with your parents. The key word here is INAPPROPRIATE. Civilized or SANE people don't act this way. And, yes, socal, I was surprised the guy didn't get himself beaten up by acting that way. There were elderly people (old ladies, etc) present. The fellow that the reprobate was talking to either didn't know him, or was so offended/embarrassed that he refused to acknowledge it. He responded loudly, "WHAT THE @#$% IS YOUR PROBLEM?"
In healthy families, kids should be able to discuss what they read on the internet with their families anyway. Again, I apologize if I personally have offended anyone by bringing it up; but, the point is that some things should be left private, and not made "social" or "public." Thank God there were no children present that day. I don't think THAT would have deterred the fellow, either. He was TOO FAR GONE.
I'm especially surprised that the male escorting the female who was the object of the fellows arousal didn't take some negative action. In retrospect, I'd say he displayed a great deal of restraint; however, at the time I thought him a bit wimpish for just sitting there. The woman was visibly embarassed.

Last month, I was taking the train to pick up my meds, and a guy at Five Points Station was going through the trash, finding half-consumed driks and downing them. I thought he might be homeless, and was about to give him a couple of bucks to go buy himself something, until I saw the backpack he was carrying. Costs about $200 here in Atlanta. Upset me so much that I took the next train that came in. The wrong one, but it was better than tossing my breakfast on the platform.
i did some of the weirdest shit as a kid. When i was in grade 11, i woudl be walking and singing in the local mall. People thought I was talking to myself and was crazy. They're half right. I just forgot about it until people kept bringing it up for years. It's like, "let it go, I was 16."

I have seen guys pee in public, but that isn't all that unusual, sorry i can't think of anything interesting.
Besides one time i did see a guy with his head half way off, split by a baseball bat someone took to him, it was VERY bad, we called the EMT for the guy...it was sick, and i was only 9 so it was scary... :/

I remembered something! I was getting a ride home from an older man, a friends dad and he whipped out his penis! Lucky for me my brothers and a bunch of their friends (all trouble makers) were standing outside our house and i ran out of the guys car and told them and that dude took off like a bat of out hell, lol
