on the question of house representatives starting impeachment procedures against Cheney? An American Research Group poll dated July 5, 2007 gives the results as 54% of all voters in favor of Cheney's impeachment. 40% were against it, and 10% undecided. 76% of Democrats polled were in favor, 17% of Republicans and 51% of Independents.

A poll also came out that said that 45% of Americans want the House to begin Impeachment procedings against George W. Bush as well.

it is since 54% and 40% make 95%. I know what you mean though you're refering to the 10% undecided. Extra percentages are usually attributed to margins of error.

This may prove too difficult, with about a year and a half to go, I think it would be better to build the case for throwing criminals in jail when there isn't a chance of them weaseling out of all the shenanigans that have been pulled, and that would be after they leave office...
