yes. we prefer the term sexual orientation. preference makes it seem like a choice. good question larry. while i personally support civil unions for same sex couples, in the end, it's a national question and the majority rule needs to be the decider.

Good question, larrynelmira!

Community property and other rights afforded to heterosexual married people should be given to any couple in a legal 'marriage'. I do believe that there are laws in place to disallow one to legally 'marry' his dog or his mother. Sexual orientation should not be a consideration in a legal 'marriage'.
