It becomes easier to gain weight due to a lessening of physical activities but if you stay active and don't overeat you shouldn't have a problem...

A little bit. Sooth is right, you gotta stay active and eat right all the time, and you're okay. But slack off and you expand and sag immediately.

I don't put on much but it IS harder to take off even a couple of pounds, that's why you have to be active and eat healthy :)
