While we're on the subject of observing body parts we might as well get this one out of the way too..now then, when you meet someone with very close fitting Jeans/pants on do you notice that "area" and do you look or stare ?

sure, of course, if it's on display. You can tell when a person wants to draw attention to themselves. And the world being much like an art museum, I select which pieces I will attend to with my eyes. If the total package interests me, that is.
