Example: In the cafeteria, the Doctors eating area is totally separated by a wall from us peasants, but even beyond that, nurses dine with other nurses or technicians and when the cafeteria is crowded, if a person from housekeeping goes to a table with nurses and techs you can feel the unwantingness , there is a bit of attitude toward them, also, when housekeeping and kitchen staff are not around, they are talked about in a not so nice way, not because of their job performance, but because of their job. To me this is bull, people are people, but I’ve noticed this happening , and what I’ve also noticed, many in housekeeping act as though they are in The Queens Court and the Doctors and others are members of royalty, almost bowing to them. Do you notice this happening in your work place and what are your thoughts?
