I don't want to discuss this with children. But, it's a serious topic here and the part I'm focussing upon could be considered subjective, as you will see if you read the whole ballot.) On with the description: We don't allow polygamy in the United States; and, yet we like to present ourselves as a culture which is all inclusive. We haven't allowed cock-fighting or dog fighting for several decades. Some cultures and countries still practice that. And what about "marriages" among the Hmong and Mien peoples which involve 20 something young males and girls as young as 12? Both families approve, no charges are filed, the young couple usually lives within the groom's parents' household. Granted, they aren't as common as they were 15 or 25 years ago when these folks first started arriving; but, they still happen. Just how far is TOO far outside the parameters of what is acceptable in a culture that prides itself in being MULTI-CULTURAL? Let me give my opinion No, mine is better Who gets to define what is/isn't a "child?" Times change. One day some culture somewhere will achieve absolute non-violence. Violence? Where is their violence all cultures should be embraced, with their various practices, if you don't like it, don't watch wtf? I don't like any of your choices.
