The Rhinoceros Party was a registered political party in Canada in the 1960s, 70s and 80s. It was started by French-speaking Quebecois artists as a satirical (and absurdist) protest of the election and political process, but quickly spread across the rest of the country gaining wide popularity, without however ever electing any member of Parliament to the House of Commons.

The rhinoceros is the mascot of the party, representing the political animal, as it is "thick-skinned, slow-moving, dim-witted, can move fast as hell when in danger, and has a large, hairy horn growing out of the middle of its face."

I believe the Neo-Rhino party is planning a comeback.

Which of these was a political platform promise of the Rhinoceros Party?

putting the West Edmonton Mall on wheels and rolling it to economically depressed areas of Canada.
making bubble gum the national currency, so that it could be inflated or deflated at will
transforming the Montreal Olympic Stadium into a gigantic beluga aquarium
building a dome over the Annapolis Valley so they can grow bananas
legalising pot. And pans. And spatulas. And other kitchen utensils.
All of the above
