Sure, this is a novel method ab initio, but then there are the times when you might blink while she's doing that naughty strip-tease for her SO, and the times when she's out of sight and doing *really* interesting things with a cucumber, and the times when she's spotted you and called the police and you're getting a taste of "Southern justice", regardless of where you live on the planet...

It’s very easy to understand women. Just realize they are not men’s opposites and they think just like men do. They really do. The problem is that men conceive of women as being opposite to men and so men make themselves hear the opposite of what women say, in order the maintain this important illusion. A man’s “manhood” is his simply his personhood. A woman’s personhood is identical to a man's, but since only a man can have manhood, a woman’s personhood is not recognized. This ensures men’s manhood (men’s personhood) is never infiltrated by reality when it comes from women. Thus, only men can have “manhood”. Not to label personhood “manhood” would give women equal footing—an absolute no-no. Women must remain men’s opposites and unintelligible, and have no manhood (personhood)—that way men don’t have to respect women’s needs, because they “can’t figure out what women want.” Men, don’t YOU think you would be emotional after a life time of being told that the clearest words you say make no sense, even when you say the identical things a another gender says?
It is easy to understand women, but it is painful because all understanding requires a bit of a sacrifice. When you understand someone, you sacrifice a little bit of yourself to accommodate another’s reality. To understand someone is to allow yourself to be under another’s authority. To understand someone is to "stand under” them. To be understood is the greatest power on earth. To be understood is power. THIS is the real reason men say they don’t understand what women want. To be understood would make women powerful.
