They would have been defeated because of the war against Russia. Even Winston Churchill admitted that as soon as he heard that Hitler had invaded the USSR he knew that the war was won.

SAS, i atleast know what the french did for us in the rev. war. They played an important role in cutting off the escape routes of the british at the battle of yorktown. I also realize that america played a key role in the dismantiling of the third reich. It is safe to say that america did win teh war based on the fact that america opened supplied all the allies, including the ussr. Also america beat the japs, by themselves now what country can boust that the won a two front war? As the french and europe, don't they blast us americans also so it's a give a tack sitituation. Beside they do make easy targets.

Ah, the American arrogance. Surely they didn't beat them all by themselves. The Japanese were already at war when the US joined in, remember? Americans sided the winners but that doesn't mean that they won the war single handedly. Far from it. In Europe, Russia did most of the work. Germans suffered 70-75% of all their casualties in the east. If the Germany wouldn't have gone to war against USSR, it is very doubtful if the USA would've entered the war at all. Ofcourse, Stalin probably would have gone to war against Germany anyway...
