Yeah, I constantly wonder what it's all about. What's the meaning of it all? Does it have some purpose in the vast scheme of the universe? Where do I, insignificant as I am, fit into it all? I never get near the edge of the world though because I'm afraid I'll fall off.

I understand that when good Muslims go on a "Hajj" they include a spiritual activity known as "the Standing." I wonder if it's anything at all like this?
