When records are sealed, and not released, it infers or implies there's negative information which might effect how people vote...we live in a world of records which are kept on literally everybody, civil, credit, crime, work, tax, etc...to gain meaningful employment, one must provide a resume documenting accomplishments and work history...does it seem odd that one of the most important jobs in the World would allow anyone to withhold pertinent records from public scrutiny when said info could possibly alter perceptions and likely votes ? Perhaps if someone has something to hide in their background they should not be running...
