Let me explain why I think this, and you tell me if I'm thinking right: I did a conversion of Christian dates to Islamic dates, and Islamic dates to Christian dates. I was born several (Islamic) months ago in the year 1383 it is now the (Islamic) year of 1428. The day I was born, on the Christian calendar, was a few weeks back in 1963. That makes me 44 on the Christian calendar, but 45 on the Islamic calendar. Am I right? Tell me I'm wrong. The idea of being 45 instead of 44 isn't so appealing to me. You're calculation is correct.
