here a bill of sale on a napkin works, as long as you have the VIN and a signature your OK, i bought a vehicle from the US once and it had this fancy paper that looked like money, u silly americans and your fancy paperwork if the govt sold it to you, your ok, im sure

What ABC said. When you go to register it, they'll guide you in the right direction as long as you've got the paperwork proving your purchase (including who you purchased it from) and have the VIN number. They'll more than likely ask you to apply for a title. That's if they don't print you one up there on the spot.

what to do buying a used car witout a title .person to person transaction. I am the buyer,the seller dont have a title. I used the tag number to get the vin number and tag expires in october
