Really Mexican Coke tastes better cause it has real sugar in it.

It works, but it's pretty messy. You need to make sure you wipe off the coke or you'll have very sticky battery terminals when it dries.
I know 3 other uses:
1. If you get meat lodged in your esophagus mix Coke, or Pepsi, with meat tenderizer and take small sips. It helps to dissolve and dislodge the meat (I found out about that one in a hospital when I got chicken lodged in my esophagus - cost me a couple of hundred dollars to find out about it too, but I always keep a Coke and a small bottle of meat tenderizer around now).
2. During World War Two people used coke as a substitute for sugar in cake recipes (a Coca Cola cake). Sugar was rationed at the time, but Coca Cola, for some reason, wasn't.
3. This one is kind of nasty. My cousin used to renovate mobile homes. Sometimes they were infested with rats. He used Coca Cola, and sometimes Sprite or 7 Up, to kill the rats. He'd leave jar lids laying around with the drink in it. The rats would drink it, and ,since rats are unable to expel the gas from carbonated drinks, they'd explode inside and die.
