I don't have bad breath often, usually only after I've eaten something like garlic or onions. I keep mints on hand whenever I eat out, for just such an emergency.

...and BRUSH my TONGUE, TOO! The product advertised in the associated pic is also quite effective. I've used it on several occasions, and given it to people who needed it.

^I'm told that if a person continues to have bad breath after religiously complying to the dentist's suggestions, they should consult their doctor. It may be an upper GI or stomach problem which needs attention.

I remember my little brother had such bad breath , my mom used to make him brush his teeth, tongue every part of his mouth trying to get rid of it, finally she took him to the doctors and come to find out, he somehow stuck a peanut up his nose and it got stuck, I guess it rotted or something, I'm not really sure been so long ago, but that was the reason for his bad breath.

Moral of the story, don't put peanuts up your nose.
