Voted : My cat has never killed any small outdoor animals.
They're both inside cats but sometimes they go out in the backyard and snatch grasshoppers and stuff, but that's not really killing an animal, more like a pest! lol
Voted : My cat has killed only a few small outdoor animals.
Mine caught a bird one of the few times he was outside.
We have a cat Tyler who we call quadlapaw, because he has 6 toes on each hand and 7 claws (don't ask, we don't know why) but if he was ever let out he wouldn't have a hard time with his big quadlapaws catching anything...hopefully he gets out and eats the neighbors ;))

I've got outdoor cats that catch mice, rats, and rabbits. They seldom bother the birds. I've even seen them sitting around just a few feet away from a bird feeder full of birds and they not even make an attempt to catch them. I think they're smart enough to know that the amount of edible material in one isn't worth their time. I don't mind them catching the mice and rabbits though. That's why I have them and it keeps the rodents out of our garden and the chicken feed. I've also got a three-legged cat that I keep strictly in the house because she's got one less leg to protect herself if something wild gets a hold of her. I think she's actually the best mouse catcher I've ever had. Her missing leg and shoulder enables her to get into tight spaces that the others can't. Thanks to her, I don't have many mice moving inside during cold weather like I used to have.
