Bosses should take boss lessens from mine. She strengthens me, encourages me and enables me. She understands my many quirks and appreciates my abilities. When I come back from vacations, she tells me she's missed me. She listens to me! Everyday, I look forward to going to work and at the end of the day, I wish there was another hour to go.
I am blessed because of my boss.
