Voted : BARELY lifted Truck
Barely lifted. But then the road I live on isn't quite that bad. I can usually get in and out in my small car with no problem. A few years back, some friends of my sisters were going on about how "stupid" the lifted trucks were and how impractical and 'redneckish' they were. Well, we had a halloween party out here near me not too long afterwards and people were advised that if they knew someone with a larger car or truck, to ride with them, because the roads do get messy in certain times of the year. These friends showed up in a little honda or something and got stuck. Who pulled them out? One of my friends down the road who had one of those huge stupid, impractical, and redneckish trucks. LOL He pulled them out without ever uttering a complaint or a laugh. He even offered to drive them to the party so they wouldn't risk getting stuck again. They told him thanks and asked him what they owed him, he said "nothing. You're thanks was enough". They didn't think being proven wrong was too funny, but I thought it was hillarious myself. After being shown that much hospitality by a "redneck", they changed their tune after that.
I do want a Jeep though. The one my dad used to have was so fun when going on fishing trips and riding down the dirt backroads with the top down.
Truck Love? Is that like some sort of fetish?
^ hahaha I knew someone who would jokingly refer to his truck as "the other woman" because he put so much time and money into it. Luckily he never stuck anything in it's tailpipe. That I'm aware of anyway.
Voted : VERY Lifted Truck
When I come home, I want to be able to open the door and go right into the second floor window...
Grumpy, we live where we ride, so pretty much if you DON'T have a bigass truck (which look better anyways, hehe) than you're NOT getting out of the sand! LOL My truck is my baby, and she's getting old and we've talked of getting a new one but we love this truck too much, he's still a bad boy as ever! We have 38 inch mudders on it with helo max 8 rims and it's got a 7 inch fabtech lift! It's MY truck...at least i made it my truck when my hubby got a truck from his union :P
