when you cross a certain line with ornamentation (which I cannot draw) it seems maybe you are (IMO) disrespecting your own body, you are desperate for attention, or maybe there's a mental abberation going on in the noggin... ...

Tounge piercings aren't really in style anymore, it's lip piercings stuff.
I don't like the look of a tounge piercing, just my opinion, but mojo is wrong saying these ppl are trying desperatly to attract someone...i have some beautiful, good looking friends with them who are happilly married.
my husband has two lip piercings. I tease him saying he just likes the balls in his mouth, LOL and he's like "shut up" hehe. I love pulling on his lip piercings gently while kissing or making love...it's very sexy to me :)
I don't have a tongue ring, but some girls I know have told me there is nothing like the feeling of a boy with pierced ears going down on them.

A tongue piercing is a desperate attempt at attracting a sex partner. And if they're not in style anymore, there's a hellava lot of people out there who haven't been informed of this.
I don't care for them myself but i'm curious at how you can assume that by having one you are desperate for a sexual partner? Married people have them, lots of people have had them or have them...they are kind of going out of style anymore, i only see tiny ones now, like little pink diamonds like my friend Chelsea (who is totally Christian and not a slut whatsoever) how can you say all people that have them are desperate., She also has a fiance and doesn't even MENTION sex, i don't even think she has sex, lol...

I am thinking the piercing of the tongue goes though some vital nerve centers and that someday we will find it causes damage somewhere in the body. It's like pereced ears. If they are pierced too low, they can damage a branch of an optic nerve that runs along the bottom of the ear lobe. My eye doctor told me this.
