for the shower, then if that doesn't work I put the high pressure garden hose through the bathroom window and do a quick blast down the drain, that does the trick.

I use a pipe snake or plunger. With my grey water running into the yard to water plants and with a spring fed well, I don't need the chemicals seeping into the ground everywhere.
