Just suck it up and get it over with. I had the same feelings when I was where you are.
If you think you can get by without a degree, drop out ... but think it over carefully. You can go back later, but it's always more difficult.
There's nothing magical about a degree. I found that out the hard way. But my parents pressured me, and I just went on and did it. I ended up doing okay, too (surprised myself).
Be strong either way.

Ok are your grades good? You do have potential but you have to be doing stuff to use it.
Also do you like what you are doing? Plus you should finish since you are already in debt.
