I was in the store the other day and I asked where a certain item would be and the clerk was so opologetic as she told me they were sold out...I told her "don't be sorry, it's not your fault"... I notice many people that seem to feel bad when it's unwarranted...are you one of those people ? Pardon me for troubling you with this ballot...

It actually depends on the situation. I apologized to my boss for not being able to work the hours she wanted me to work. That was my responsibility. The clerk was probably also sorry, because she didn't have the opportunity to make extra money.
