Voted : Women make the best leaders
UGH. Men have too much testosterone. Like use clubs, not one where drinks served.
I respond better to male personalities (I understand men better), but that's not to say gender has anything to do with leadership skill. It comes more naturally to some than others but few people ever try to develop it until they are in a postion of power. Most people are shitty leaders.
I prefer a female boss or teacher
Voted : It's a toss-up...
In my own experience, women either express empathy more or are complete b*tches. It's the in-betweens that are less common.
Voted : I prefer Women leaders
In my opinion, Women who have rose to leadership positions are far more likely to have gotten there because of true skill and ability rather than the Man who was at the right spot at the right time.
Voted : It's a toss-up...
there seems to be this misconception that women can't lead because they tend to want to get everyone's input first. that's often viewed as being indecisive. however, in reality, it gives them first an opportunity to better recognize any opposition, and second an opportunity to present their final decision in a manner that will elicit the most co-operation. However the styles of leadership may differ - i don't think either make "better" leaders. It really depends on the individual and the circumstances.
Voted : I don't base leadership on gender
I have had good and bad leaders of both genders. They have been good or bad in the same way. I have seen no gender difference.
