What really happened to Natalie Wood? Natalie, husband Robert Wagner and actor Christopher Walken were aboard the Wagner yacht, Splendour, that November night. After drinking and arguing for hours, Wood and Walken retired to their staterooms and Wagner remained topside with the pilot. Sometime later, Wagner went to the master stateroom to check on Wood and found she wasn't there. The dinghy, which had been tied beside the boat, was also missing. Walken notified the authorities and a search began. The dinghy was soon discovered in a Catalina cove. Shortly before dawn, the body of the 43-year-old actress was found floating face down in open sea; her parka kept her afloat. The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office decided that Wood had died accidentally, "possibly attempting to board the dinghy and had fallen into the water, striking her face." Still, the rumors continued: Was it murder? I believe YES.
I don't know much about the circumstances; what reason would they have to kill the woman? It sounds like she'd been drinking too much and fell overboard, odd though, that her parka kept her afloat, and she still drowned

^ I agree with you aya about her floating on top of her parka and she still drowned, Ok sure and I believe in the toothfairy. The woman was murdered plain and simple and I believe Wagner engineered the plot. Everyone knew that Natalie was a fish drinker, getting her onto that yacht knowing she would eventually get drink was an excellent, perfect and successful plot in deed.
Voted : ^ It was the perfect crime and Wagner just like OJ, got away with murder...
I don't think that Christopher Walken had anything to do with Natalie's death. He just happened to be there when it happened.
