Nowadays many people call it Braunschweiger, Liver Sausage, Liverwurst, or Liver Loaf, or even Liver Cheese..! It is made from liver, though it's very different from liver..!

Could it be, ostrich?!
A sliced ostrich sandwich? It's been available in Europe I guess for quite a while, why can't you find it in America?
(I'd like the drumstick, please, better than an all-day sucker...). (They deep-fry whole turkeys, don't they, how about deep-frying a whole ostrich?! Yum.
