My mother gives me these incredibly beautiful jewelry pieces, which I rarely wear. Sometimes I hold them up to the light to admire them, though.

Gift cards are becoming more and more acceptable.
It's the easiest way to give and to make all happy.
Money or video games. Sometimes clothes, which kind of sucks. I would prefer the cash over clothes.
