The way society generally works is that those who contribute the most to it get the most back in return. For example, Bill Gates developed technology that enables millions of people to operate computers. On the other hand joe-six-pack dropped out of high school and flips burgers for minimum wage. Similarly most who live in the ghettos are there because generation after generation of their families did not value education, integrity, and hard work, or perhaps just had low IQ's.

What about people who live in poor countries or do not have access to proper education. And just because a person has a higher IQ that doesn't mean they're better than another. Some people are very hard workers but becuase of their background, having to support a large family or other reasons they are not as wealthy as others. That doesn't mean they are worse than rich people.

Rich, poor, good, bad....depends on the people. Some rich people use their means to help others while some are just greedy. Some poor people dig their way out, which is not easy, while others just give in to their surroundings.
