The ship sinks and your in a lifeboat waiting to be rescued. But after a couple of days, nobody shows up.

Your biggest problem for survival would be dehydration. Many people in this situation drink their own urine to avoid dehydration. Urine is sterile and is safe to drink.

So would you be able to do it?
