prediction : IS THIS A GENDER DOUBLE STANDARD?

When a grown man behaves in a way that an adolescent boy behaves usually society holds him accountable and berates him for it, but when a woman exhibits the behavior of a adolescent woman (staying single for years, never having a serious relationship, spending her dads money like it's going out of style) people will often say it's her prerogative and may even be stupid enough to claim she is "empowered." Which is an insult to real empowered females whom can hold down jobs, keep relationships going and/or raise children.
What do you think? Is this a gender double standard?

The double standard that irritates me is when a man is acting crappy, people say "Stop acting like woman." But when a woman is acting crappy, no one says "Stop acting like a man."
