Smokers: Yeah, I know this is a biased ballot...but if you are still smoking or have started smoking, STOP. do it for your loved ones, and most importantly, do it for yourself...Please. There's no use in destroying your body before it wears out naturally...the pleasure you derive from smoking is not worth the price you may pay...don't be a "butthead"

Quiting is easy. I did it Hundreds of times.
But seriously, I have been a Non-Smoker for over nine years now. This by far the longest I have gone with out. Taking it up again. I think this is it and I will never smoke again.

I smoked for maybe 4 years--3 of which were devoted to cocaine. Never really got past maybe 4-5 cigs a day and quitting coke coincide roughly with quitting nicotine. Cigarettes are vile, but I understand why people smoke them.

Smoking's a form of hazing used in some circles. If you're not willing to live a life full of health problems and die and early death for them, then they don't want you as a friend.
