Recently, goverments seem to take away more and more of individual liberty. Freedom should be the most important thing that a free society preserve for its citizens. Which of the freedom is the most important?

Freedom of Speech
There are no unimportant freedoms.
The Freedom to make choices
Freedom to hate people who espouse freedom
Freedom to LIVE.

It means all freedom characteristics should be preserved in a "reasonable" manner.

I like the Freedom of Speech I can run outside and just scream 'I AM A FUCKING LESBIAN' (which I actually am(I've said that alot)) and noone can do anything about it. (well I get looked at oddly but oh well) and there is no freedom to 'have sex with little boys' if they are underage than no matter what it is considered rape.
